1. delta flight canceled and lost my luggage, your customer service told me that is due to the weather condition, it wont refund. but I did not flight, because you cancelled flight, also, I went to your sea baggage
office for 4 times to ask my luggage back, they told me my luggage is safe in your warehouse, but they did not bring to me, they bounce me around at airport to different agent, since the check in agent told me there is no chance to get the flight , because the flight canceled last night on Dec 12., so I took other transportation to go back to Canada.
2. Flight canceled, airlines still need to return the luggage to passenger, and refund the ticket.
